There is a flash flood watch in effect for today. There is also a slight risk of severe storms in the area outlined in yellow above, including most of the North Escambia area. Here is your official North Escambia area forecast:

A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 10pm and 1am, then showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 64. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. High near 74. Northeast wind 10 to 15 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
