Strange I called the 1 800 number for frontier. The customer service guy Josh in Jacksonville took less than 4 minutes. Replied he was sorry but there was an outage in our area up to walnut hill and the bratt area due to optic fiber damage. Very nice person and apologized for the inconvience .Sorry others had a bad experience.

I too called and after 30 minutes on phone they said no one was having problem on our area so scheduled tech to come out tomorrow. Crazy they should be able to inform you of the problem

Before you posted this, I called Frontier, was on the phone with a “customer support specialist ” for 29 minutes, and after multiple troubleshooting steps, she scheduled a tech to come out tomorrow. You think she’d have checked for outages before doing all that?
