Nice benches but there no lighting at evening or morning bus stop. And there is no restroom for theppeople waiting for the bus; we see people daily relief thiwrselves behind the dumpsters and we have children living in front this place..,my question is what needs to be done?

I couldn’t understand why they took away the sheltered ones and put in open benches in the first place. 100 degrees outside or raining, people need a little shelter while they wait. Other cities have very nice public transportation set ups so I hope any improvements they do will benefit those who rely on public transportation.

If we have to pay the gas tax, then I’m glad to see it going for something useful. We look much more prepared to help those with transportation needs than to have them sitting in the rain or the blazing sun. Now, if folks will just not tear them up or paint graffiti all over them, then I’m good with it. Homeless folks need to be run out of the bus shelters as well. They have other places they can go for assistance.

I’m sure you wouldn’t be complaining if you relied on public transportation to get to/from work. People are always complaining about something!

I’m sure the panhandlers will love their new digs.

Looks like some more of our well spent gas tax money. Notice that there is no mention of how much these cost apiece.
