Man Gets 25 Years For Assaulting Minor
January 14, 2015
An Escambia County man was sentenced Tuesday to prison and designated a sexual predator.
John Roberts-Paladino was sentenced by Circuit Judge Linda Nobles to 25 years on state prison. He was convicted in October 2014 of sexual battery on a minor.
Prosecutors said the victim’s allegations were corroborated by DNA that was found on the scene by investigators from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

I am the Grandfather of the little girl that this monster attacked, 4 years prior his son Registered Sexual Offender John Roberts Jr. did the same thing to her. Mr.Roberts -Paladino was convicted not only with DNA but the jury was shown pictures of her busted skull, bruises and scratches all over her body. This girl needs special therapy over a long period of time and there are no resources available for the type of treatment she needs. The state says pay first then we will reimburse you from the Victims Witness Fund, that’s fine if you got the money, we don’t. But yet they will spend money on the offender when all they need is a bullet. The other thing that makes me sick is this guy had supporters that testified this little girl brought this on herself and one was a local church pastor who I can not name due to rules of this forum.
It really doesent matter when he gets out. It’s this simple. Someone that enjoys touching children in private places is very sick and statistics show that he will probley do it again. So were safe till he gets out.

Florida law requires that inmate serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence. So he will not be out in 10 years.
Your entire world is about to change buddy..
he’ll be out in 10 or less — I don’t understand any state’s sentencing — if it’s 25 years, then he should be in there 25 years!
Make sure he’s in the cage every single day for 25 years…the safety of minor’s demand it.
