Back in the days of Moses, if you went in someone’s home uninvited, the law of the land was you were put to death, no questions asked, and that was probably by stoning.

You invade my home and I’m grabbing my 9mm.

I am actually surprised someone wasn’t shot. This is why we have second amendment rights.

I find this appalling: that criminals this dangerous are let go.The laws were designed to protect the innocent .If people like this are not a threat to society then no one is.

Ms Trina has a pretty lengthy wrap sheet going back for about the last 15 years…this little episode falls right in line with the severity of some of her past offences…Lord, I hope she doesn’t make bail!

@BT I also agree with your thought that the “adult” probably planned and set into motion the whole thing but I think it has more to do with her being the adult of the group and not a “woman” instigating the whole thing, But that is just my opinion

I wonder if Trina & Haley are mother/daughter. Trina sure has a long arrest record and maybe she was the one who planned the whole thing. Maybe she was just trying to show the next generation how to make a living with out the bother of working. Gives a whole new meaning to “on the job training”.

Are the Morans mother and daughter? So sad. The younger one never had a chance if that’s the way she was raised.

@ just wondering: Those are all county jail issue jumpsuits.

Traumaqueen, instigating doesn’t mean they planned the misadventure as much as they put it into action. The article says that much.

My theory, however, is that the 37 year old was probably one of the masterminds of this caper.

    @Just saying,

No one knocked they just burst into the house. Reason they call it a home invasion.

All 5 of them just woke up one morning and decided to kick in the door of a random house? And for what pocket change and a cell phone? I think that there is a lot more to this than what is being reported. IMHO this smells like a domestic issue

The smirk on those boys mugshot speaks volumes.

Try that in my neighborhood the undertaker will be positioning their face for them.

I certainly hope a stiff jail sentence wipes that smirk of Datz’s face. I wish I could wipe it off…These punks need to be sent to the front line of the war to teach them what tough really means…

I agree with BT why should the women have lower bonds and less prison time? The guys may not have committed the crime if the women had not planned it.Do not barge into my home uninvited.I have a 14 shot 40 caliber.AND WILL USE IT.

  19. Matt on January 31st, 2015 9:12 am

If these punks would have kicked in the door to my house, there would be 3 or 4 less mugshots to post.

  20. just wondering on January 31st, 2015 9:04 am

Why are the all wearing the same color/kind of shirts?

  21. traumaqueen on January 31st, 2015 8:32 am

@BT where does it say in the article that the women instigated it? Just because they barged in first doesn’t mean they were the person/people who came up with the idea to do this.

There has been way to much news about criminals preying on the elderly and children in the news lately. It is truly a very sad world we live in today

  22. Bob C. on January 31st, 2015 8:20 am

Was any reason given for these 5 doing this?

  23. CW on January 31st, 2015 7:52 am

Are the first two mother and daughter? Wow.

  24. Just saying on January 31st, 2015 7:32 am

I don’t answer my door alone, when I don’t know the person, especially when it’s more than 1, female or no female. Hope he can overcome this, it must’ve been terrifying for that many people to have been on him.

  25. BT on January 31st, 2015 5:51 am

Once again, the women instigate the crime and receive lower bail? Sure, the males did the beating, but the whole crime was a team effort. All involved should have the same bail and receive the same punishment.
