This isn’t the fist time this has happened in the same exact location. I work for the railroad at this location and have had confrontation with several people there. It if there were street lights and a camera installed I am more than certain they would find the one(s) responsible and catch more in the future. This seems like it’s a dump spot for car jackers. I’ve been working this area less than a year and this is the second time a car has been dumped there.
