@ Bama….I love how you say “safely ejected”…..how are you safely ejected? One of my drivers was the first person to him….stop his 18 wheeler in the middle of Hwy. 29 to keep traffic from running over him. Saw the truck lose control & flip and saw driver “safely” do cartwheels into the middle of Hwy. 29, where he layed motionless for several minutes. If that was safe , I’m the Pope…..lucky he didn’t hit the on coming 18 wheelers. Please wear your seatbelt folks….that’s the only SAFE thing to do. This man was blessed…..God was riding with him!!!!!

Thank you Heavenly Father that he is okkay. No seat belts don’t always save lives. some cases they do but this is thr case if he was wearing it, it could have killed him.

I don’t think wrecking a truck and ending up in jail is very lucky..I’ve had my life saved more than a few times by seatbelts and helmets.. I get a kick outta the reasons people give for not using “Safety Equipment”..

Re:CW, because it’s our choice,, Had the young man been wearing it , it could have easly killed him,, By not wearing it he had free movement and was safely ejected from truck,, I have heard several cases where the law enforcement said the same thing,, Seat belts do not always save sometimes they take away ,, I will never wear one my choice ,,

In this day and age I don’t understand why so many people still refuse to wear their seatbelt. This isn’t the 1950’s anymore people, we now have PROOF that seat belts save lives!
