    CONTEMPLATING:
“they will pay to train you.”

    I worded that wrongly.
    They don’t pay you.
They pay the trainers and the training costs you nothing.
They will pay you when they hire you, first as substitute, then as permanent with benefits if you work out.

    David for clarity

To those who have been hunting work: If you are trained in construction crafts and trades, such as electrical, plumbing, machinist, sheet metal worker, carpenter, etc., check with the local Tradesmen International office. You have to pass drug test, furnish transportation and tools, and offices are in Pensacola and Loxley.
They want only very well qualified applicants, and may require out of town work, but it may give you and “in” to long term and well paying employment.

the school district needs bus operators
they will pay to train you.
you have to pass a drug test and background test, get a CDL B with passenger and school endorsement. (again, they will train you to pass)

You will likely be working as a substitute driver the next day and all your problems will be behind you.

    David for helping

I live in Escambia County and have been submitting applications for employment doing whatever for the last 4 months and have only had only one interview which led me nowhere. I need a job badly or I am going to have to file for all kinds of state programs and have those that do work support me until I can find a job. Thanks Escambia!
