Two More, Including Air Force Captain, Arrested In Operation Blue Guardian
August 5, 2014
Two more people — including an Air Force captain — have been arrested as part of an undercover sex sting. Five people were previously arrested in Operation Blue Guardian, which focused on adults soliciting and traveling to meeting minor to engage in sexual activity.
Adam Craig Kendrick, 40, was charged with obscene communication using a computer to lure a child for sex, and obscene communication using a two-way device.
Kenneth D. Lebay, 31, was charged with obscene communication using a computer to lure a child for sex, and obscene communication using a two-way device. According to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, Lebay is an active duty Air Force captain. He allegedly traveled to a local business to meet what he believed was a juvenile female but was actually an undercover investigator.

@perdido I have spoke with other parents and most feel we don’t know the whole story classic right. But as I explained to my son I know courts make mistakes but not when they give someone 5 years probation and make him have to pay for all psychiatric treatment. People really are strange when it comes to this stuff. Most everyone on my sons team knows this from google because my sons teammate is a Jr. And he just went to a D1 school and now his brother is playing at his high school.
Fishy, If i was you, i would make sure EVERYONE knows who the guy is your saying is a sex offender. If he doesn’t have a child on the team, i would be concerned as to why he is involved. These perverts prey on children who have no one to look out for them or who just needs a male influence in thier lives. They know they can manipulate these children and i would be the first one to inform everyone involved with this team of his past deeds especially if they involved children.
This makes me sick. My son Plays football and one of his High School “superstars” dad is a sexual offender and is always around it is sick how many of these people are treated like heros. This makes me so sick. But I guess birds of a feather flock together.
well said Mick. Supposed to be a leader and someone enlisted people look to for leadership and guidance. Look at this fine example we have now that disgraced not only the uniform, his fellow airmen and soldiers, but an entire country as well. Glad he was caught though and I hope he pays a high price for the shame he brings. Aim High……..
Well you can’t say much about the one scumbag except rot in prison, the other is a disgrace to the uniform…a leader that is supposed to set the example for others to follow, and now look at you …the shame and disrespect you have brought on your fellow airmen, family, and friends…no excuses, you are done!
This is become VERY common .I BELIEVE IF they are released(on bond) it should be COURT ORDER FEDERALLY NATIONWIDE NO CONTACT WITH ANY CHILD!!!! My granddaughter has been FORCED by her mom to live with a man in the home “CHARGED” with similar charges stemming from arrest in Mississippi ! This is 1 of the few things I believe should be NATIONWIDE I understand incent til proven guilty HOWEVER when a CHILD COULD be at RISK ! Make sure these MEN or women are NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE NEAR our kids until AFTER they are done with court !!!!!!
two more pieces of perverted trash that will be put away. Man, an AIr Force captain………goodbye career. Hope you enjoyed it while you could sicko. When the locals get done with you I hope I get to see your courts martial. Way to make the AF proud……….
