Williams received on minor injuries.

Charges against Penton are pending, according to the FHP.

The mustang was under speed limit at the time of the crash so speed was not apart of it. Bryn if you knew nothing about the wreck there should be no comment from you. I didn’t try to pass any cars nor was I going too fast. The roads were wet and my mustang hydroplaned causing me to lose control of the car. Ronni was my best friend and Payton was my god daughter I would never do anything stupid to put there lives at any kind of danger. Accidents happen everyday. Some are unavoidable.

Payton did have a seizure the night before, but they were expecting that to happen since she has sheering on her brain. They are slowly reducing her ventilator and her pain medicines. This will be the most critical for her, She did finally open her eyes! She is a strong babygirl. Please continue to pray! There are multiple places you can donate money to. #Paytonstrong

Is there any update on the baby, her condition or Alexis?

Kristin you need to read the post above yours. Ms. Penton was driving the passenger Ronnie (female) is the one that died and the 2 yr was hers not Ms. Pentons.

My deepest prayers and thoughts go out to all the families involved, but let’s not forget about the Mack truck driver Mark. Hope he is doing well and sending God’s strength and guidance for him to overcome this tragic scene and accident.

Unless the road forces people to cross over in front of oncoming traffic, the road is blameless here. Just keep in mind the fact that driving is serious business every second of the drive — every drive — and mourn the losses and the pain all endure.

My thoughts and prayers to all the families involved. For those of you blaming 87 – it’s not the road, its the drivers. I travel this road every day to and from work and I witness on a daily basis people speeding and trying to get around other vehicles just so they can be one car ahead of them. People need to learn to slow down. You won’t get to where are going if you are deceased!

Just so that everyone is clear…Ronnie, the young lady that passed, is FEMALE! She is the mother of 2 year old Peyton and is best friends with the driver, Lexi.

I want to send my prayers to Mrs. Penton and her 2yr old child. I hope that they are able to pull through all of their injuries. Also my heart felt sympathies to all the loved ones of all of them, especially of the deceased young man. I know it is going to b hard to think u will ever survive this. But you will. Time doesn’t heal or erase the wounds, but it will make the scars more bearable. I know how u all are feeling. 3 years ago my grandmother died then the next evening my 15 yr old little sister and my 18 yr old cousin died in a car accident on their way to shop for funeral clothes. We had a triple funeral 5 days later. I know how hopeless and lost u r all feeling now, but have faith and remember that u r not alone. Take care of that baby, he/she is going to need all the caring and love they can get to make it thru right now.

OMG!!! This makes me so sad. Sad cause a young woman dies, another is in serious condition, and a baby is hurt. I hate highway 87, and avoid as much as possible. Prayers for the families, and lots of prayers for those that are still alive and fighting for their life.
