Frontier Communications Internet Outage Repaired

Technicians from Frontier Communications have repaired a high speed internet outage.

Frontier customers in the Walnut Hill, Bratt, Molino and Atmore areas lost their internet service from the company late Sunday afternoon. Some customers reported losing service as early as Saturday.

By late Monday morning, technicians had repaired a splice in a fiber optic cable to restore service to most customers.

    My internet has Been out already about six hours this week so I will bring that to their attention when I pay my bill.

    My internet service is still out in Bratt as of 12:20am.
    It’s been out since early afternoon yesterday (7/27).

    It still seems to be out here in Molino. It went out at 9:30 am today 7.28.14. We have been told there is an issue in Walnut Hill and there is no time frame as to when it would be repaired. It makes it real hard to do my job when everything needs to be done by internet.

    The internet is now up and running in Bratt, Florida. (I’m using it to make this post)

    WHY didn’t Frontier tell me this when I called at 5:30 this morning? I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them.
