Molino Man Charged With Stealing Checks From Mom

A Molino man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly writing checks stolen from his mother.
Dakota John Kimrey of Chalker Road was charged with two counts of grand theft and two counts of uttering a forged instrument.
According to an arrest report, Kimrey, 21, tried to cash one check at the Speedmart on Highway 29, and successfully cashed a $425 check at the Pen Air Federal Credit Union in Century. He was positively identified as passing the checks in a photo lineup, surveillance video and from his identification presented at the credit union, the report states.
Kimrey remained jailed Friday morning with bond set at $12,000.

I grewtold up with thatme guy. This is second time. He was released last year after two years in prison for doin the same thing. Its a shame he couldnt get himself a job

very hard thing for a mother to do. hope you know that this was the best solution to hopefully help solve this young mans problems. the path he’s on will lead to a worse situation for you and him. hopefully this will be his wake up call. stay strong, i pray your son returns to you safely and as good member of society.
Stealing from your parents is a low down sorry thing to do.
Figure you’ll get a slap on the wrist from a judge for this yet in other countries the offense of stealing has much more severe consequences.
Maybe someone can offer you a job and you can earn your own money.?
He probably shouldn’t count on his momma to post his bail or put $$$ on his commissary account.
