Escambia Man Sentenced To Hundreds Of Years In Prison For Child Molestation

June 18, 2014

An Escambia County has been sentenced to hundreds of years in prison on child sexual molestation charges.

Lee Calvin Pardue was sentenced by Circuit Judge Marci Goodman to three consecutive life sentences followed by a total of 200 years in state prison, according to the State Attorney’s Office.

Lee Calvin Pardue was convicted of two counts of sexual battery on a child, lewd or lascivious molestation, five counts of promoting a sexual performance by  a child and 25 counts of  possession of photos depicting sexual conduct by a child.

A Santa Rosa County Jury deliberated for about an hour before finding the 44-year old Escambia County man guilty of all charges.

Pardue was arrested on November 8, 2012, following an investigation by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office after Pardue had told an acquaintance that he took sexual photos of himself with a child.  While babysitting one of the victims during the summer of 2012, Pardue committed sexual acts on the child. The images depicting these acts were discovered on
Pardue’s digital camera during a search of his home by investigators.

Images depicting sexual conduct by two other children were also discovered on Pardue’s camera.  These children were able to be identified by Sheriff’s Office investigators, who found that both of the victims had been to Pardue’s home.

Pardue faces charges in another case for lewd or lascivious molestation that is currently scheduled for trial on July 7.

Also, the prosecution asked that this man be classified as a sexual predator & Judge Goodman granted the request. I can only hope his life in prison is as bad as the things he did to these precious little angels.

I am the grandmother of the child…she was only 13 months old when he committed this horrible crime. She has had so many problems since this happened. The woman who was also a perpetrator & his girlfriend (Virginia Wolfe) goes to trial next month. I wish they could have both been executed. No child is safe with people like this in the world. Please keep my grandbaby & family in your prayers. I can’t tell you how difficult this has been for us. Marci Goodman did a wonderful job presiding over this case as did Stephanie Pace. I hope the families of the other victims are relieved knowing he will never get out of prison.

So now he becomes a waste of State funds and time. Execute him, give the State a break! Realizing the Death Penalty is too good for this peice of sewer trash (and I apologize to ALL sewers for defaming them by calling him that.)

If the sick beings that commited these hanius crimes were castrated and put to death I can guarantee there would be less of it happening. But some jail time and being made to register as a sex offender obviously is not protecting our young children. So where exactly is the justice in that? Crimes don’t just accidentally happen they are pondered on and then acted on. This guy had documentation and pictures of the crimes along with committing them, and to think he drive your children to and from school. There is more security on importing and taxes products from other countries and buying a house. I don’t believe the security & background checks are not as thorough as told.

I so agree with MolinoMan! If these low-lifes knew they would be shot when found out they would be scared to even think about touching a child. Surely even the Lord has a special place in H*** for these people. Let’s all pray for these children and hope they are able to have a good life.

The death chamber should be his end. Why should tax payers pay for his free meals and shelter for the rest of his life? He has it made, now.

Sick and perverted piece of trash.

Children who are sexually abused DO NOT fully recover from these atrocious acts of evil. Prayers for the children that their lives are not permanently damaged.

In cases like this fire squads should still be used. After being found guilty they are escorted behind the court house and shot. Why should we pay to keep this guy in three hots and a cot? He is obviously sick, obviously a blight on society, and obviously guilty… kill him.

There are evil people out there. Be careful who you give access to your children. Relatives should not be trusted just because they are kin.
