Flash Flood Watch: Heavy Rains Possible

There is  flash flood watch in effect for Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Florida through Sunday afternoon. From one to three inches of rainfall is expected on already saturated ground. Local totals of 5-7 inches are possible where thunderstorms repeatedly move over the same locations.

  • Tonight Showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Low around 66. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
  • Saturday Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Cloudy, with a high near 80. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
  • Saturday Night A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. South wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Sunday A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 86. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
  • Sunday Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. South wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Monday Partly sunny, with a high near 87. South wind 5 to 15 mph.
  • Monday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. South wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Tuesday A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 87. South wind around 5 mph.
