If I may add that I agree they (DOT) will do what they want to do. I don’t think any of our opinions will matter. If they did, they would’ve asked in the form of phone calls, letters, or door-to-door surveyors of some sort.

I am really tired of 9 mile between Pine forest and Hwy 29 being neglected. They want to widen 9 mile from Pine Forest to I10 in Beulah because of the expansion of Navy Federal, and I totally get that, but there are a lot of residential roads and businesses EAST of Pine Forest Rd. I, for one, and tired of playing FROGGER trying to get out my neighborhood. The traffic is really bad! Timing is everything. It’s either really backed up, spaced apart to where you have to dart out and hope you can speed up enough to not make anyone upset because you have no choice but to jump out into traffic.

We need to either widen the road or put a light 1/2 way between Pine Forest and Fowler where the light is at the Raceway. I live in Milestone and there is only one way IN and one way OUT. I have had times where I’ve waited over 10 minutes just to leave my neighborhood and that’s to make a RIGHT turn!

Why should we waste out time. They (DOT)
are going to to do what they want, and no
matter how much we complain or give out
imput they are going to do it “there way”……

How about Nine Mile Road from US 29 to Pine Forest Road?

I think the Beulah off ramp would benefit an exit into Cantonment ! I’m not sure there would be any specific place directly in Cantonment to link interstate with.

    How about I-10 to Cantonment?
