What a sick human being. Anytime you abuse the elderly or kids who cannot defend themselves it should be mandatory 30 to life with no chance of parole. The system will probably place him on probation and he will enhance his efforts due to a slap on the wrist. Your Mother and Dad sacrificed you, it is your time to take care of them now. Do not leave them at the mercy of the world in this day and age.
