They are still working on it. Was told the new cable should be put in under the highway and hooked up soon. Of course that means temporary service outages when they hook it up.

Correction that would be 6 days for some of us, and I’m being liberal and not counting Thursday night. I wouldn’t be so upset if I hadn’t been promised the return of my service for Sunday afternoon and then again Monday. Then I here homes and businesses all around me had their service restored and mine stayed out till Wednesday evening. Hmmmm that is almost a full week.

I had to deal with ATand T telling one thing, doing another, with my husband in the hospital the whole time. With sporadic contact due to my landline not working and my cell getting poor coverage in my area.

I’m very grateful for the restoration of my landline, but so frustrated from the condescending attitudes from the service reps. and the voice mail. Please tell me how you are supposed to contact a service manager by internet when the internet is down due to their service being out! Simply Amazing!
