    >>>wondering why the people arent named in the wreck?

The FHP did not issue a media release with the info. Sometimes they do, sometimes the don’t based upon various criteria.

There the rare case where people lose control of their cars speeding is not always the answer to every accident. So why jump to that every time.

People slow down, I have lived there for 30 plus years and 90% of the accidents are from people speeding and not paying attention!!

i have lived here on Lawson lane since 1980 an never had a problem on that curve. You just have to pay attention. It is not the roads fault

I’ve been driving around that curve for over 30 years, in cars, trucks, towing tractors, race cars and campers. I’ve never had so much as a bobble. Of course, I’m always going a safe speed and paying attention to what I’m doing.

I live down the road from where this happened. This road is like a race track and I am suprised that more people haven’t got hurt. I worry that some idiot flying dpwn this road will come through my fence one day. SLOW DOWN PEOPLE.

that is a bad curve.there is alot of construction on that road and people dont respect it at all.they dont slow down even for the workers. when people ogo around that curve they vear inti the other lane and cause you to g off the road. i was one of the first people that pass by there and it scareed me to death cause it looked bad.so glad noone was killed.i wish they could fix that curve.they have alot of dump trucks, school buses and log trucks going around that curve and been so afraid they gona cross that white line and hit head on

Yes the curve is horrible! But speed does not help either!
I know the ones involved in this accident and speed was involved.
Thankfully they will all survive with no life altering problems but they’ll do it again! Slow down people speed and curves don’t mix.

I’ve lived here 10yrs and i have never hsd a problem driving up and down that stretch of road. Guess I’m just special. (But then I drive at a safe speed and dont run off the road)

Praying they will correct this road and all the curves when they finish expanding it. Speed is a very big problem on Jack’s Branch Rd. Hate to drive it, so many on coming cars love to cross the white line while speeding around those curves. Hope everyone is ok who was involved this morning. High shoulders contribute to over correcting. Please keep this in mind while driving on Jack’s Branch Road.

You never know if speeding is the case or not. Your not going to tell me that just because it was a single crash that they had to be “speeding”! Sure it sounds right, but also deer or any other things could have easily been involved. It happens!

I hate that curve! I rolled my truck there three years ago and it is a dangerous curves. When I rolled my truck I wasn’t even speeding I ran off the road and my truck went sideways and I flipped three times ! No serious injuries but scared the crap out of me! I hope everybody in that car is okay and I will keep y’all in my prayers!

have lived on Jacks branch Rd for nearly 16 years and that is one of the worst curves there is and people just continue to fly around it as if they are at Talladega Super speedway………..REALLY PEOPLE………..this road is dangerous enough as it is, from beginning to the end……SLOW DOWN……..ALTHOUGH the article didn’t say that speed was a factor in this accident……..PLEASE, GIVE ME A BREAK…….it had to be if it was a single vehicle crash……..probably ran off the road and then over corrected……………pray that all 5 people are ok and will keep them in my prayers.
