Billy Ray Willis, 67 of Atmore passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in Atmore. He was a construction worker, born in Atoka, Oklahoma on October 30, 1946 to the late Joe Willie and Juanita Pinion Willis.
He is survived by his fiancee, Wanda Sperou of Atmore; one son, Vinnie Willis of Oklahoma City, OK; two daughters, Bridgette Arnett and Cindy Carter, both of Oklahoma; three brothers, Jerry Willis, Tommy Willis, and Clark Willis; one sister, JoAnn Boles; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home in is charge of all arrangements.
