No Injuries In Highway 97 Crash

The driver of BMW 535i was not injured when he ran off Highway 97 near Sunshine Hill Road and struck a wooded area this morning. Authorities said the man was apparently suffering from a medical condition at the time of the 7:25 a.m. crash. The accident is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol. The Molino Station of Escambia Fire Rescue, Escambia County EMS and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the crash. NorthEscambia.com photo, click to enlarge.
