An Escambia County an is behind bars after allegedly trying to shoot his girlfriend early this morning.

Scheduled for court tomorrow for strangulation charges in June.
Scheduled for court next month for charges of other crimes in July — since previous charges. I wish people would quit picking on him, poor thing.

(Former girlfriend might do well to contemplate second amendment and implications of Stand Your Ground or just trust the legal system and his poor aim.)

    David for optimists and realists

Good thing he can’t shoot straight.

sadly enough it doesn’t matter to them(the “bad” guys) if they get caught or not. They know that they’ll get out of jail soon and the first stop will be to buy ANOTHER weapon that probably belonged to a law-abiding citizen before it was taken from their home or vehicle. When there’s no penalty why worry about the behaviour right?

This is just more conclusive proof that criminals will out gun us if the rogue government ever decided to confiscate weapons from law abiding citizens. This is the 5th or 6th arrest of a convicted felon (that I’ve read of) wherein the convict was in illegal possession of a firearm.
