Northview Band Ranked Best In Class At Dixieland Showcase

The Northview High School Tribal Beat Band took top honors in their class Saturday during the annual Dixieland Band Showcase at T.R. Miller High School in Brewton.
The Tribal Beat Band was named Best in Class Drum Major, Color Guard, Percussion, Drum Line and Band during the event. The Northview Band also received straight superiors in all categories but one and an overall superior rating.
Saturday’s event included bands from across Alabama and Florida.

I’m proud of each and everyone of you. You have all had a successful field season, made friends and memories. Now as you transition into concert season be mindful and work to keep the momentum going. I look forward the coming seasons, and with them the change, growth, and fulfillment of potential that each of us, student and staff alike are capable of. Let’s show everyone how Tribal Beat brings the heat!

Our family is very proud of the Northview High School Tribal beat marching band program, it’s teacher and dedicated students that strive for excellence. Proud of the awesome achievements they accomplished in this competition. Very impressive, job well done by all.
