THis is unbelievable abuse and neglect. If they can’t afford to take care of them, a rational person would think that they would find some help like PER. I will send a check to help get this mother and daughter on their feet and healthy again. Very sad situation.
This is awful! Inhumane!There is no excuse for this to happen to any animal.Even a bullet to the head would be less suffering!The owner needs to be held accountable and procecuted to the fullest plus another 10 tacked on!If you cant feed them you don’t need them.More and more common it seems.Shame on you there is a special place for you!
There is no doubt that Capona would certainly have been dead by now had it not been for the concerned citizen who reported the neglect (abuse) and for PER.
Diane just does not give up on an animal. Thank you for PER.
That is so sad, how can anyone treat animals like that? So glad they are out of that situation.
