ECSO: Century Man Caught With Meth In Molino
September 24, 2013
A Century man has been arrested on drug charges after an incident in Molino.
Eric Dean Vickers, age 29 of North Pine Barren Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer without violence. He remains in the Escambia County Jail without bond.
A resident of the 800 block of Cedar Tree Lane called the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office to report that a white truck had just backed into a nearby driveway and into a wooded lot. Deputies arrived to find the truck, doors open, with Vickers and a female engaged in sexual activity.
Vickers consented to a search of his vehicle, where deputies reporting find a glass smoking pipe and a plastic bottle containing a white substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Vickers also had an outstanding arrest warrant for violation of probation on a reckless driving charge.
As a deputy attempted to place Vickers in handcuffs, he resisted, trying to remove his wallet from his person and saying that he was not taking it to jail.

I hope he knows how much I miss him. I would give anything to go through the day just one day without thinking about you. How is it possible to love someone so much and in the same breath hate him just as much.
Lawman cometh, lawman see, lawman bring justice to those who flee.
No lawman waiver, no law man cease, only criminals run from the lawman deed.
For the criminal should not fear nor hurt the man acting on behalf of the law of the land but fear only the law itself. The words written and passed by the collective educated. The lawwoman only represents the law and has no personal gain nor loss from your arrest, trial or conviction. He gets no higher pay, she gets no secret medals, the only thing a lawman gets is appreciation from citizens who he serves and her paycheck to make a living just like the rest of us.
Bless all our law enforcement, corrections officers and all others involved.
I was best friends with his sister when I was growing up. I can’t believe this is the little baby that we used to play with all the time. I hope he gets some help and gets clean. Meth is a horrible thing.
His address needs to be prison…
Well caught at last. . . no more looking over the shoulder, no more worrying. . .I hope. I never wished this on him simply prayed he would straighten up an be the son his dad and mom wanted. Prayed he would become the Dad his newborn Son and Daughters could be proud of. He had his moments Lord knows he did but he had his good points too when he wasn’t high or drunk. But now it’s over i hope, an if I ever see him perhaps he will be a different person. Maybe now he will get the help he needs in becoming all these things.
The discussion over where he lives is over. He has a listed legal address in Century. That’s how we report normal crime stories…using the listed address of the suspect.
Thats has always been Bratt Florida , and always will be they changed the addresses to say Century now
Free your dawg easy? Yeah since he was flat out caught with drugs and engaging in sexual activity with some gal, they should free him. Thats the problem today. He had drugs and is a multiple offender, so he deserves freedom. I bet the ol girl he impregnated and left is happy to see this. I bet the few ladies he’s impregnated and has little to do with wish him to be free as well. He needs to clean up, his looks and his life. Terrible looking beard.
Pine barren rd runs off hwy 29 in mcdavid and comes across hwy 168 in CENTURY and stops at the alabama state line.. just so you know he does live in Century
