@Jerry Yes I do agree with what you’re saying but how can you walk into gas stations and see Glass pipes on counters all the time And in shops inside the mall so it’s not against the law to sell them just Can’t own one

@ Clint: A glass smoking pipe is considered drug paraphernalia. Florida Statute 893.147(1) makes it a misdemeanor for any person to use, or to possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia.

So yes it is a crime to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe/

Free will people….these two as many others do chose to live the way they do…praying for them to change is a good thing, however we wouldn’t be having this comment forum if they had any intention of doing the right thing in the first place…

    Hey Mike,
First tool of a civilized society is to make it embarrassing or humiliating when you break the rules.
If you do not want to be embarrassed or humiliated, don’t be stupid and break the rules.
Of course there are some that it does not matter.

    Mike,
So you classify COCAINE is a “recreational” drug now?? Really???

  7. Jerry A on August 14th, 2013 7:42 am

@ Mike, because arrest records and mug shots are public records. I guess in your thought process that since Deaver violated his probation then he should be released also. The simple fact is these people broke the law and if you cannot do the time don’t do the crime. Jail is not meant to be Club Med.

BTW, if you were asking a question about the pictures, there should be a question mark at the end of the first sentence of your post.

Why do you post these folks pictures. They are not harden criminals. Just what it looks like recreational drug users not dealers. I’m sure we’ll throw these folks in jail now and make it a little more crowded with these terrible criminal. Ridiculous, how about the cops confiscate the drugs and fine the crap out of them.

I guess I’m dumb and a bit nosy too :-/. But what is this “harmful new legend drug w/o a prescription”?
At any rate, I’ll pray that they get their lives straightened out before something much worse happens to them.
