What is the Sheriff going to do now that he won’t have the jails budget to fund his road deputies! It will be better run by the BOCC!
THEY RAN it into the ground! they did not staff it! they did not provide nessary funds to operate it! or maintain it! No cost of living for the employees! for over 8 years!
The bcc run the jail before. Wouldn’t hurt to do it again and get the sheriff off that high horse he’s been ridin.
County Commisioners will be the inmates running the asylum. So to speak….
The Jail should be operated separate from the sheriff dept.
