Central Bail Bonds.
How is bail set?

What is this guys bail?
I comprehend Fred’s frustration. Now I don’t say this to dispute Fred because his frustration is completely valid; but It doesn’t matter where he got the gun; or how he got the gun. People will always be able to get a weapon of some sort to commit violence on other people.
Law abiding Americans be warned: Criminals will never obey the law.
This guy has been arrested eight times in the past three years.
Should have been in jail instead of on the streets with a gun.
Where did he get the gun?
