Wow. I guess Molino is becoming a suburb of Atlanta.

Looks like one of those friction fires to me; The insurance policy rubbing up against the payment book sometimes is the source of heat for car fires in isolated areas.

Why would someone do this. I understand selling the parts, but just burning the car. Wow…

Does anyone know if this is related to the car related crimes in Cantonment / Farm Hill area? In April they were breaking into cars. In May they were being stolen (including my truck) and damaging police cars. Now in June they are burning them. If these are related there a disturbing pattern.

And how is it you are so wise concerning the whereabouts of wrecked/rebuilt autos?

There’s way too much damage. We can’t even get a decent price from the chop shops. Besides the rims and maybe a few front end parts, this thing will be destroyed and used for scraps.

As a car enthusiasts and owner of several BMW’s; Ultimate Driving machines with 106,000 to 168,000 miles still running strong and fun to drive! This is upsetting.
Please be aware of a 2007-2010 Five series BMW for sale with minor smoke damage or “previous owner was a smoker”, just buy a air freshener and drive around with the windows down for a few days….it will go away : This car will be re-built and sold stay away from it. We’ve all seen the wreck cars on trailers purchased out of state/at auction/ after a flood / hailstorm etc… going to the local shade tree …body shop this will soon be a low mileage one owner BMW for sale.
