Northview Summer Ball Takes On Crestview, Baker

The heat took its toll on the Northview Chiefs Friday in summer baseball action. The combined A and B Northview teams lost to Crestview 9-5 and lost to Baker 12-2. The Chiefs will be in action again Saturday in Crestview. Photos by Ramona Preston for NorthEscambia.com, click to enlarge.

Come on fan, if you have a problem with the coaches, don’t dog the kids out by saying “Daddy Ball” .The coaches at Northview are the best we’ve had since Northview started playing baseball. I’ve heard the “Daddy Ball ” excuse for years, it’s usually used by someone who’s kid is not good enough to play. Coaching is tough, if your kid is not playing, ask them straight up; Why?

We have good players in this area. Maybe players need to be played that have the ability and not daddy ball and coaches friends ball.
