I think this is a good idea, but I think they should also incorporate that all officers are not bad nobody knows what some of these children may have seen or been through. They need to know that officers are there to help.

Armed robbers are now pistol whipping their victims (two last night) and crime is at an all time high. Do we really need the Sheriffs Department to take care of our children? Shouldn’t they be busy doing that police stuff?

The sheriff’s mounted horses would be a great attraction for the kids as well as the dogs.

I would love to send my son but due to our work hours he’s unable to go unless northend gets transportation.

That does sound like a good thing but why does it always have to be down there bye pensacola why not Bratt century byrnville. They would think to add those towns but they dont they only time you here of anything going on in these towns is if someone goes to jail why is that?

I think seeing the jail would be good maybe they’ll wanna stay out of it instead of in it, later in life of course.

While Jim Allen IS in Cantonment, why are not having anything in NORTH N. Escambia? They don’t think about us until they want money or votes!

Jail tour don’t seem fun for little kids. Why not let sherrif come say hey to children let them see how real of a person he is then instead of jail tour maybe let the children see the horses and show them what all they do and the importance of them most children don’t know about them or the history and it keeps everything happy. But I guess little kids would find the jail fun. Just thinking of ways to keep it positive so much is negative when it comes to law enforcement people forget that it is a good thing. Please do not get me wrong I think this is super Mr.Morgan and anyone else who thinks I mean something different. This is so far looking like one of the best things going this summer who ever had this idea needs a high five :)

Good public outreach. Our future generation need to understand police work and be less afraid to speak up in their communities.

This is awesome! I notice they are all down town. Wondering if there be some sort of transportation offered if any of us northenders want to take advantage? Either way, thanks so much for this opportunity for the kids to have something to do this summer. :-)
