FHP Investigating After Driver Flees Creighton Road Crash

The Florida Highway Patrol is searching for the driver that fled the scene of rollover accident this morning.  The accident happened about 7:05 a.m. on Creighton Road just off Davis Highway. Authorities said the occupant or occupants of the vehicle had fled the scene before first responders arrived on scene. Reader submitted photos for NorthEscambia.com, click to enlarge.

    By looking at the tires, it appears they tried to turn left and right at the same time.

    From the look of it the car wasn’t registered here….has a tag from another state on the front bumper. Kids on spring break in a car or place they weren’t supposed to be in? Hmmmmmm……..

    I got rear ended once by a drunk driver. His car was FULL of empty beer cans and he could barely walk. He went over to a convenience store to “call someone” and never came back. He was charged with leaving the scene rather than a DUI because the officer never saw him drunk “at the scene”… maybe that was the idea
