Flomaton had 3 base runners 2 walks and a 3rd strike dropped by the catcher that was the run that scored..
Then a bad throw down by the catcher as the runner was stealing runner advanced to 3rd then the unpier called a illegal pitch that moved the runner to home no one reached a base by hitting the ball

Hit definition: You hit the ball without the defensive team making an error fielding the ball and you reach base safely either with a single, double, triple,or homerun.
Fielders choice: You hit the ball with a runner or runners on base and the fielder throws to another base. It is not a hit, simply because you make contact with the ball.
Simply put hitting the ball is not necessarily a hit.
Walks or hit batters are not hits.
No Hitter: No one on the opposing team reaches base by hitting the ball without an error or being scored a fielder’s choice.
Fielder’s choice means they could get you out, but choose to throw to another base to get someone else out.
What no hitter might be thinking of is a perfect game
Perfect game: No one on the opposing team reaches base.
>>>I didn’t think you could have a no hitter once someone got on base?
I don’t have the complete stats on the game to confirm what happened, but you can pitch a no hitter and the other team advance bases (and even win) with walks and errors. But it’s still a no hitter because no one actually hit the ball to advance.
