What does it matter “where were the parents” people are going to do stuff like this no matter who’s around. They will flash a police officer in broad daylight in uniform in front of the police station. Stop blaming the parents and start helping the police find these wackos.

I hope they catch this idiot soon to, but more then likely he is homeless, and is one of them that hangs out under the over passes. But regardless of where he lives in needs to be in prision and locked away.

    @mad dad

Sounds like you are raising your boys right!! Kudos sir! Sorry they had to go through that, but like you said, it sounds like your oldest kept his cool in that situation with his little brother there.

If this ever happens again I would hope the child would just scream really loud and get someones attention before the guy walks out!!

It was my two boys at Wall Mart. I was at home. My oldestis 14 and carried his 8 year old with him to the bathroom. You have to put some trust in your kids, and my oldest did right by getting his brother out befour this sick weak minded pile could expose him self. The store was notified right away and I hate my boys had to go through this, but I’m proud of my oldest and his good judgment.

To those concerned about where a parent was during one of these incidents…let me say this. Most parents don’t have to hold a child’s hand when they are 9-10-11 years old. This guy did this to my niece when she was about 8-10 ft from her parent and family member. She was in view and the guy had his back turned to the parent. His clothing did not come down in the back but only in the front. The problem is that by the time the child runs to tell someone, they use that time to make their escape. If these children would begin screaming to the top of their lungs it would alert people around that something is wrong and someone might notice the perv trying to get away. How many parents with children this age, let them go to the end of an aisle or the next aisle over? Your child is not safe even standing with you if you are looking at merchandise and he is in their view but not in yours.

People like this do it quick – you can be holding your child’s hand and it happen. Don’t be so quick to judge and assume that the kids were off by themselves alone. It happened to me when I was 10 and I was standing in a department store next to my mother. Until it’s happened to you, or you witness it happening to someone else, you can’t begin to fathom how quick and swift they act. He’s obviously a pro to have not gotten caught yet.

Many years ago I worked at a fast food restaurant. We had a “mad flasher” come through the drive-thru. When I saw what he was flashing, I immediately served him his hot coffee by pouring it on him! He screamed and drove away. I never saw him again :-) .

Stories like this make me sick. I, too, am wondering where the parents were of the two girls in the store at the mall? I NEVER let children of that age out of my sight….ANYWHERE. This douchebag sounds like a serial pervert. If he isn’t stopped, he could escalate into kidnapping &/or rape. Children are too precious. We need to teach them that when they see stuff like this they should find the nearest adult and tell them immediately what they just witnessed. I’m astonished at how many stores this pervert has gone too and exposed himself in. How come no one working at the store didn’t catch him (i.e. security). Something similar happened to me when I was 9 years old and my friend and I went to my mom right away and the pervert was eventually caught. His punishment, in my case, didn’t fit the crime but that was 30 years ago. Out of all the girls he did this too, my parents were the only ones to take it to court. The others just turned a blind eye. Pervs like this need to be stopped. NOW!!!

It’s 2013. We can take pictures of the original moon landing site; we can photograph planets orbiting other stars; we can even photograph galaxies over 13 billion light-years away… yet our surveillance cameras can’t even take a picture of even mediocre quality of a guy standing, at most, 10-15ft away from it?

  13. linz on March 21st, 2013 3:42 pm

I wish they could get a better picture so someone can recognize this pervert! Too bad one of these girls wasn’t carrying an umbrella or something to make him regret doing this! Wack him in the crotch with something one good time he would probably think twice before messing with girls again! Hope he gets in big trouble for this!!!!

  14. Question? on March 21st, 2013 3:37 pm

This is very scary! This guy needs to be found ASAP! But I’m wondering where were the parents of these children? Why were they wondering the store alone? And one child was alone on Belk? Again where are the parents? I would never let my children out of my site! People wake up we aren’t living in a safe world anymore!

I also heard he did this to 2 little boys in the bathroom at Walmart on 29.

My question is why are such young girls walking alone (or with a friend the same age) at these stores or at the malls??

  17. Lynda B. on March 21st, 2013 3:10 pm

They did have this story on channel 5 WKRG news…With the picture.

  18. Deborah Carnley on March 21st, 2013 11:20 am

Please hurry and catch this jerk!
There is so much of this type crime going on now to young girls.
He will eventually do worse if the chance arises.
Keep a very watchful eye on your girls.
I think I would Tackle him and put a few identifying marks on him myself!

  21. Debby on March 21st, 2013 2:23 am

This guy was at Academy on Davis Hwy. when he exposed himself to my niece!!

  22. Debby on March 21st, 2013 2:04 am

My niece was the one this pervert exposed himself to on Davis Hwy. Trisha is correct as I have pleaded with WEAR-TV to cover this story so that parents will know what is going on! Thank you North Escambia for publishing this story!!! At least now we can see a pic of this ‘predator’ and get him locked up for violating the minds of children!!

  23. Trisha on March 20th, 2013 11:15 pm

Someone posted on Wear TV 3’s Facebook page that someone did the same thing to a 9 year old at Sports Academy (?). She was begging for them to report a story on the news. Thanks, William, for posting this! This could be the same man!

  24. sam on March 20th, 2013 9:47 pm

That’s just so wrong I hope they catch him what type of person does that.!!
