We need to bend his ear on the chicken issue. Stay out of our yards!
I think we have voted for the right guy. It’s wonderful that he’s holding a town hall meeting for the citizens to meet him and that he is open to hearing our concerns. Mr. Barry is on our side and working with us to make our district better.
Ask him why the county commissioners think raising chickens is such an issue in the county? Ask him if he has any idea what “agricultural” means and how does one raise chickens for food if there are no roosters? I want to know why the county commissioners are wasting tax dollars discussing this in the first place? Maybe the northend needs to be a separate county! Or part of Alabma?
People should go and talk to this guy, they will see what a good choice we’ve made here. Things are going to improve around here with Mr Barry looking out for district 5.
Cantonment Dude, I think the old commissioners rushed that tax through before the new guys got in. They knew they might make rookie mistakes like listening to the public!
The only thing I have to say is if he voted for that stupid gas tax to keep ECAT afloat, then he has lost my support.
Let’s hope he is better than the other CCs. Let’s go see what he has to say, ask questions, and see what he says.
I would be suspicous of people arriving, carrying along extra shoes.
Especially old mismatchs.
