Body Found Behind Highway 29 Business

The body of a female was found in a field behind a business on Pensacola Boulevard about 1:50 Friday afternoon. The body was discovered behind Alternative Powersports, near Kenmore Boulevard.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of death; foul play is suspected. Investigators said the body appears to have been at the scene for at least a couple of days.

Further details have not been released.

    Assaults with deadly weapons 12 in less than a week? probably would have been less if the bad guys were limited to only 7 rounds per clip eh?,,,,, right?

    Trisha- I just read this report today. Note the time is less than a week.

    Looking at the Crime Map on the Sheriff’s website for the period 1/20-1/25/13:

    Breaking & Entering: 46
    Robberies: 13
    Assaults: 77
    Assaults with Deadly Weapon: 12

    Every life has a history, a purpose, meaning and immeasurable value.

    Let our justice system make a public example of these murders, so that tomorrows killers may reconsider.
