Millard Lee Childress

Mr. Millard Lee Childress, age 66 of Flomaton, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012, at his residence. Mr. Childress was a life long resident of Escambia County, AL. He was a 1965 graduate of Flomaton High School and had worked as a millwright at International Paper Company. Mr. Childress attended Pleasant Home Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mrs. Sharron Barrow Childress of Flomaton; his mother, Mrs. Daisy Childress of Flomaton; one daughter, Tammy (Steven) Reaves of Flomaton; a brother, Aubrey Childress of Flomaton; three sisters, Marie King, Carolyn Jean Odom, and Maxine Creamer, all of Flomaton, AL; one grandson, Trevor Lee Reaves.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 201,  at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Richburg officiating. Interment will follow in Pollard Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
