Brewton Man Killed In Highway 31 Wreck

A Brewton man was killed in single vehicle wreck early Saturday morning in Canoe, Ala., just east of Atmore.
The accident happened just before 5 a.m. on Highway 31 at Arthur Hall Road. Edward White, 33, apparently lost control and flipped his vintage Mercury Cougar multiple times. White was pronounced deceased on the scene. There were no passengers in the vehicle.
The accident remains under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.

EDWARD WAS LIKE A SON TO ME HE WAS AT MY HOUSE ALL THE TIME PLAYING WITH MY SONS WENT TO SCHOOL TOGETHER ,JUST TALK TO HIM A FEW WEEKS AGO HE WAS SAYING HOW MUCH HE LOVE MY SON AND WE LOVEALL LOVE HIM TOO HE WILL BE MISSED. I AM GLAD I GOT TO TALK TO HIM R.I.P.PRAYING FOR THE FAMILY AND LOVE ONES..

I was on my way to Brewton, Ala when this happen around 5 am. All I could say Omg! I started praying. I was passing through around 5:20 am. I hate it. My heart goes out to the him and the family. I will continue to pray. God Bless.

such a shame and a needless, senseless waste of precious life….and of a beautiful car that was obviously loved. how very sad. sure hate to work these things.
