Strength Team Delivers Strong Message

October 18, 2012

With feats like ripping a phone book in half,, crushing  concrete and bending steel, the Strength Team brought their strong inspirational messages to Highland Baptist Church and Molino Park Elementary School Wednesday.

At Molino Park, the Strength Team delivered a motivational message, addressing how students can work hard toward obtaining their goals and dreams through education and hard work.

If anyone missed the opportunity to see the Strength Team, or would like to see their message of hope and encouragement again, they’ll be at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church on Lillian Hwy adjacent to Escambia High beginning this Wednesday, through Sunday, October 28th. Please come!

If I was going to say something positive about an event I think I could use a better name than “not again”. Just some food for thought. If ur comment name was
Joe or Tom or ashley or anything else ur comment would have a different impact.

My daugher was at the assembly at Highland and said it was a standing room only event. 25 professions of faith! Wonderful!

clarifying, thanks for “clarifying” that. That is exactly what I was trying to get across. Some folks take offense at any imagined thing these days.

We are so thankful that Mike Hagen’s Strength Team came to Highland Baptist Church last night!! It was an exciting and inspiring time for all ages and the most important part was the 25 decisions for the Lord Jesus Christ! It is wonderful how the Lord will bless and use different methods, feats of strength, to get the same gospel message, Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, to this generation!

I think what NotAgain was trying to say is that it’s a wonderful thing that the “Power Team”/”Strength Team” is still around spreading their positive message!

That’s ur opinion. If the strength team does the same thing for 100 years and it has an positive impact on our youth then go for it. My question to you is “would you rather see our kids attending this event or them getting in trouble???”.

Mike was part of the Power Team… and the Power Team is still around!

This reminds me of the “Power Team” from the late 80’s/early 90’s that did basically the exact same stuff with a similar message.
