Prayers for all the Gulf Power workers as they head out to help the storm victims.
Prayers also for family members and the storm victims as thry start to rebuild their lives.
We are so familiar with the scenes we see that we know it will be a long time before they can put this behind them.

Hope all you folks work safe so you can return home to your families safe and sound. I also hope that everyone fairs well when all is said and done. This looks like a nasty storm system and I hope everyone is prepared and does as they are told.

As a mom of one of those guys, I am so proud of the job they do! I think we all remember how happy we were to see the power crews come riding down our street after Ivan! We are praying for the crews and those who live there.
