Dove is never listed on the “main” list. It’s hidden in the website in a different place. Phase I of Dove Season started 10/6/12.

I had the pleasure of terminating (with extreme prejudice) some dove in Bratt on the 6th.

Make sure you have the free “migratory bird stamp” that’s only good for 6 months. Check it. I bet most are expired. Couple of fellow hunters got nabbed by FWC and got a written warning for not having a current one.

Good Luck to all the hunters out there. Please be safe and use what you kill. Also please no trespassing. I know there are a lot of good, honest, courteous hunters out there ….. but please respect nature, your fellow man, and the law.

Happy hunting and may your family be blessed with a bountiful meal
