Go Aggies!!! Hang in there, stay focused, be strong, and keep playing hard!!! I know how hard everyone (including the coaches and Quarterback Club) works everyday!!! Hard work will eventually pay off!!!
The days of loyalty to the high school in which district you live are OVER. People who graduated before 2000 don’t understand this. Athletes can now go to any high school they want to by choosing a program that school offers – ex. Washington High School and marketing and foreign languages; Pine Forest and hospitality; Tate High and ag. science, etc. Athletes that could be playing football at Tate are scattered all over the county. Let’s not even start on how Catholic High recruits some of the finest athletes away from the local high schools by offering them free tuition. West Florida……….lottery picks, my butt!!! STUDENT ATHLETES now go to whatever high school is showing to be the strongest in the sport of their choice.
Well, it’s DEJA/Groundhog day again for TATE. Doesn’t seem like those boy’s are ever going to win a game. Forget a winning season. I feel so bad for them. Why doesn’t the parents of that school stand up and DEMAND personnel changes so these kids have at least the same opportunity as other local schools within the area. It’s a shame. I’ll bet you that if you looked at all the schools in our area, all the boys would have approximately the same skills to play the game. It certainly isn’t the boys fault. They just need the right leadership to prove it.
Aggies……the score of Friday nights game was not as bad as I thought it would be. I don’t think PF is as good as we had thought. The kids playing at Tate are playing their back sides off…my hats goes off to the ones that continue to hang in their under this current coaching and administration, parents included!!!
One can only hope that one day someone will care enough to hire the right people in order to make Tate the great football program it once was. I have never seen a school with the fan base that Tate has with a 0-15 record and the crowds it continues to have on road games and especially home games….. unbelievably the best in the panhandle….imagine what would happen if we could win a few games!!!!
Parents rise up and demand what you deserve!!!!!!!!!
Go Aggies!! Don’t let the score reflect how they played the game. They played a good game til the 4th quater!
WS. Neal has been quitely taking care of business. The battle at murder creek will be one to see this year.
