September 30, 2012

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee brought the Republican message to Escambia County Saturday afternoon, campaigning for presidential nominee Mitt Romney. Huckabee spoke to several hundred energized Romney-Ryan supporters.

“One of the things we are trying with the Romney campaign is to make sure that voters understand there is a real difference between Mitt Romney and Barrack Obama as it relates to people of faith,” Huckabee said at the “Victory Meet and Greet” event at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church.

    I agree. We need to quit fighting the wars in other countries and bring out military home. We have enough to worry about here with no jobs anywhere. The only jobs that can be found around here is ’service jobs’ meaning in restaurants, stores, etc. Industry has left this country and we have stood by and watched it go because of the new rules and regulations put on them by our government and society. It is getting worse every day. Obama needs to go – he had his chance of saving jobs and putting people back to work but he never kept his word so I’m hoping and praying other people feel as I do; we cannot stand another 4 years of this man.

    Since 1948 we have been blessed with Korea, Vietnam and the current mess we are bogged down in the middle east, not to mention a 15 trillion $ deficit. I do not feel we should oppose or curse Israel, I feel that perhaps we should let other nations recieve some of Israels blessings, say China.

    Gen Marshall warned president Truman not to get America embroiled over the Arab/Israeli dispute. We are having all sorts of problems 64 years later. I belive my God made a covenat with Abraham. I also know that the sons of Abraham broke the covenant and married foriegn women such as cannanites (decendants of Caine), Moabbites ect. In the 8th century AD, the entire Kazar people converted to Judaism by order of their king. I am not sure who the people are that occupy the territory today? I also believe that if God had hated the Arab people he would not have sent an Angel to protect Hagar (Abrahams Housekeeper) and her child Ishmael, who was the product of Abraham’s rape of Hagar. A woman and child who were sent to the desert to die by Abraham’s wife Sarah.

    I do not wish to curse or oppose Israel, I wish for Israel to leave America in peace. Israel can proudly fly the star of moloch on their flag, moloch the demon whom Aron made a golden calf idol to while Moses was on the mountain. If you carefully read the Book of Revelation you will learn more about these people, our Christ accused them as he knew who they were, yet he offered them salvation.

    “I (God) will bless those who bless you (Israel) and will curse those who curse you”
    (Gen 12:3)

    @No Excuses – this is one place in the Bible where He says we should be friends to Israel…
    So, I am for Israel :-)

    @429SCJ

    Frank is referring to the lack of blessings on those who oppose or persecute Israel as stated in the Bible. I don’t have the exact reference in front of me at work, so I won’t attempt to quote it, but the gist of it is that those who are against Israel are also against the Lord and should not expect any blessings from Him. Our current administration’s lack of concern for Israel is being interpreted as being against Israel – correctly, by my thinking! The USA has been blessed BECAUSE of their alliance with Israel, not because we deserve it. The current trend will lose those blessings for sure.

    Huckabee is correct. Obama’s Cover-up of the Murder of the US
    Libyan Ambassador Stevens is Worse Than Nixon’s Cover-up of Watergate Crimes. Obama Has Earned Impeachment Under the Constitution! Give
    him what he has so richly earned.

    Our sons and daughters are dying at the hands of the people they are helping. Let us get out of the middle east and let the middle east deal with it’s own problems. The steady flow of American blood paying for the agressions of other nations, other peoples land grabs. Why should we pay for the faults of others?

    The tail has wagged the dog long enough, it is difficult to tell who is the client state and who is calling the shots. America for Americans, let somebody else pick up the tab for the world’s problems, were broke!

    Wish I could have heard Mike Huckabee. Great speaker and really cares for our Country. He want’s voters to understand there is a real difference between Mitt Romney and Barrack Obama as it relates to people of faith.

    I undersand faith and I know a little about economics. I understand also that I am tired of hearing mostly about the Iranians and Israelis and their dispute over problems in the middle east. This is an American election and I want to focus on the problems of America, our problems, not theirs.
