Man Charged With Stealing 164 Dumpsters

September 18, 2012

An Alabama man was jailed in Santa Rosa County for allegedly scrapping dozens of dumpsters he was hired to refurbish.

Arenza Tyrone Davis, 33, was arrested after an investigation earlier this year. According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, Davis worked as subcontractor welder for Waste Pro. His job was to repair the dumpsters at the landfill in Milton.

But investigators said David stole 164 of the dumpsters valued at $379,500. Authorities discovered that 113 of the stolen dumpsters, weighing 567,200 pounds, were sold for scrap in Alabama, netting $82,353 for Davis.

Davis remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail with bond set at $45,000.

Mr Davis has harmed himself and his peers. I would say it is a safe bet that Waste Pro will be a little more selective, regarding those that are granted contracts in the future.

As a branded man, it will be interesting to see how many contracts are awarded to Mr Davis in the future, for anything. I would say none!

Just how does one transport dumpsters weighing 567,200 lbs without help, I wonder? Did this guy have his own forklift or something?

    Wow! Look at that smile.

So the tax payers are going to have to pay to get new dumpster, $379,5000.

He still has made 37,353 dollars in his pocket after he pays 45.000 for bond.

The tax payer in paying his jail time.

He should have to pay it “ALL” !! for the rest of his life, if he has too.
