You guys have forgotten the services we recieved before ECUA took over. I for one have had great service and gotten quick response from questions from Larry Walker. No complaints from me
and How do i keep my can standing up with 35 mph gust? are they going to pick up the scattered trash on the road?
Now if ECUA does not collect my trash will they credit me and lower my bill. Or do I have to keep paying for a service that I did not get
