Molino Man Sentenced On Multiple Drug Charges

A Molino man has been sentenced to the county jail on multiple drug charges related to the discovery of a methamphetamine lab.
Joseph Daniel Flowers previous pleaded no contest to charges of possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of listed chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
He was sentenced by Judge Michael Allen to 11 months and 30 days in jail with credit for 210 days served to be followed by 18 months community control and 42 months probation.
Escambia County Sheriff’s Office deputies located an active methamphetamine lab inside a residence at 1115 Muscogee Road during the early morning hours of February 7, 2011. They reported finding Flowers inside the residence with the meth lab. He was transported to a Pensacola hospital for an untreated burn on his hand and warrants were issued for his arrest. He was taken into custody on February 23, 2011.

This boys Grandfather was a GREAT man . And he would roll over in his grave if he knew all the mess that has gone on with this family. He would be ashamed of the whole bunch of them. The father of this boy is already in jail.the brother ia already in prison. And they need to send this one off also. Maybe they would learn after they are locked up for a while. But when the parents and grandparent are saying ” oh, they didn’t do all this” is a bunch of bull. This one is in trouble in another state for a meth lab that blew the door and windows out of the motel room. Oh but he didn’t do that, they don’t have any proof. Well.

That is one of the problems now a days,parents in denial .
Let him go to jail but I would bet my next pay check they will do it again.

He was most likely referring to the grandfather. He was a wonderful Godly man and he is looking down from heaven, shacking his head and wishing he could give him a good butt kicking!!
Danny is the father of Joseph, the grandfather I speak of is the father of Joseph’s mother.
There are bad apples in every apple tree, this one fell off the tree rolled onto the road was squash by a truck, ate by a bird and crapped on a window seal!
Now, had he been caught with a couple ounces of weed, he would probably be in there for a couple years.

Worked with his grandfather,damn good man.He never resorted to illegal activities to make a living.
