@grand daughter
Sorry to see this on here. I sure hope your grand mother gets better and comes
home soon. I don’t usually advocate that you just take the keys of all the elderly
but after this you might want to hang up her keys. I just hope she gets well enough
and feisty enough to fight you about it. LOL
her Injuries i worse that originally believed the drs did x-rays yesterday she had a broken spine and they have found a heart problem that they believe cause her black out and crash
I agree completely with smartowlick that we need more traffic lights by the trees, they would probably eliminate at least a handfull of accidents a year. Ignore the cost, we are talking human lives here.
Since at least when I was a teenager (a long time ago), the definition of a tree was an object that stayed in one spot for up to 50 years before deciding to suddenly jump out in front of a driver. Since many tend to think that more traffic control devices equal fewer wrecks, I’m all for traffic lighting those trees.
She is doing ok. Spending the night in the hospital for observation, but she is all patched up. We are all very happy she is ok and awaiting test result to see if she has any medical problem that may have caused the wreck
Thank goodness for airbags, I wish a swift recovery from any injuries, 84-year old woman.
I hope she’s okay …….gosh we need another red light by that tree
God Be With Her.
