Missing Man Located

A missing Escambia County man has been located.
Escambia Search and Rescue and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office were searching earlier Sunday for William Kupper, 67, who was last seen in the region of Blount and W streets.
He is susceptible to short term memory loss due to a head trauma in 2008. He is described as being very educated and may speak seven different languages.
