East Kingsfield Re-opens

East Kingsfield Road was back open Saturday afternoon being closed for 10 days. It was closed April 3 from Highway 29 to Pompano Street for a construction project.

They added a small turn lane to turn south onto 29.
When u try to go straight or turn left (north) onto hwy 29….the light will not turn green keeping the traffic backed up on kingsfield:( crazy mess
since this is a news article, what was the “construction project”?
It changes to west Kingsfield west of 297A.
I am just confused as to how this is East Kingsfield? Aren’t the addresses split according to which side of Palafox they are on. The construction was on the West Side of Hwy 29 (and Palafox) Just Curious
