Authorities Searching For Missing Man

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Terry Snelson, 42, was last seen on March 9 in the 900 block of Candy Lane in Cantonment. He may be driving a 1999 white Ford F150 with Florida tag 390XGY, according to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

Snelson is described as being a white male, about 6-foot 2-inches tall, 200 pounds with hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 436-9620 or (850) 436-9199.

    Where did Terry live? (I don’t mean exact address, just what part of town). Where would be some places to search/look? Did he have any favorite spots? Was he headed somewhere in particular or coming back from somewhere when he disappeared?

    I agree esar needs to be called. I know quite a few people have searched the cantonment and molino areas by vehicle and foot. You sure can see alot more from the sky. We miss you Terry and where ever you are I pray and hope you are safe. I miss you man.

    IN REFERENCE TO SNIPER…… I UNDERSTAND WAT U MEAN BY A FEW DAYS, BUT HE HAS BEEN MISSING SINCE THE 9TH (TOMORROW WILL BE A WEEK) SEARCH AND RESCUE SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CALLED IN. THIS IS A VERY SAD SITUATION..WE PAY TAXES AND WHY CANT THEY SEND A HELICOPTER UP TO LOOK IN THESE WOODED AREAS. MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL OF HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

    ESAR hasn’t been called upon for this search…yet… it usually takes a few days for the call to get to us.

    They have been searching with planes and boats on/near perdido river all afternoon i was told.. YES SEARCH PARTY!

    anyone wants to get a search party together for this weekin? if they cant use a helicopter we need to search ourself. we need to check under all bridges and gullies.he didnt belong to a hunting club.we pay taxes why cant they use the helicopter at the camp? we got to do something.what if hes hurt and needs medical before its to late. anyone that wants to search contact the road dept,theres alot of people already has search alot of areas.he is so special to alot of us and we need to find him soon.

    Everybody needs to search by the guard rails or gullys, ….did he have a hunting club somewhere?

    Please anyone help find our dear friend and love one.his truck was and older county truck with a number on the side of the hood.we are so worried about him.He was very depressed and we are so worried about him.please looks at white ford trucks in wooded areas,cause we dont know which way he went.his family and and dear friends want to find him.
