Workforce Escarosa Named One Of State’s Best Job Agencies

Workforce Escarosa has been named as one of the top 10 regional workforce boards in Florida by Gov. Rick Scott. Workforce Escarosa was No. 4 on the governor’s list.

The number of job placements in December were used to formulate the rankings among state-sponsored job placement agencies.

Workforce Escarosa, under the leadership of Board Chair Jay Overman and Executive Director Susan Nelms, operates three locations in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties to assist with job placement.

Those locations are:

  • The Pensacola Center, 3670-A North”L” Street
  • The Century Center, 8120 North Century Boulevard
  • The Milton Center, 5725 Highway 90

    Its good. It helped me w/job training in becoming a nurse and tax mule errr…payer.
    A govt agency that actually works.
    Although it could be more efficient. Thats another post.

    Boy, does that tell you a lot about Scott!! When the economy was great there were few jobs to get there.
